"On the GO"

So, over the last few days I've been really on the "GO".   Starting off with last Friday night was  ending up District play for WCHS as we ended up being CO-CHAMPS!
Then, Saturday morning we go up and got pumped for Tripp's big "Upward" basketball game!

He eats his pre game egos and gets pumped up with his favorite song "Dynamite" on his ipod.  It's like he is 5 going on 15.  Tripp had another outstanding game I might add I won't be the crazy parent who quotes the stats but I might say they were impressive lol!
After Tripp's game the boys went to spend the day at Grandmamma's and Granddad's house.  Corrie and Kayli were in town as well.  They spent the afternoon making delicious Valentines cookies.

Dave and I went to Nashville with some friends to the Predators game.  I have several pictures from our fun fun afternoon/night but I'm married to Chandler Bing of photography and he won't let me display our pictures but here are a few!  So Dave loves to embarrass me when we go out!  So we go to eat at Margaritaville and while waiting on a table, listening to a live band, he starts yelling loudly "FREEBIRD"!  Wow!  Then of course while eating they play all Jimmy Buffet music and videos and he seems to treat it as it's a live concert and sing loudly he he he.  So after dinner we are walking toward the arena and Dave starts yelling, "KING, KING, KING...Elvis turns around and Dave asks can I have my picture made with you?"  Another wow!

Side note: Dave is back tonight at the Preds game and he ran into this same guy and got another pic made but told me I wasn't allowed to post it but it's GREAT!

So we get inside to our seats and find out that we are sitting next to Carrie Underwood's box.  Yes, don't know who was more excited Dave or myself!  lol  Across from the arena were our friends who went to the game: Pistol, Beaty, her sisters, Brent, Justin, Kirsty, and Steven.  If you look at the guy in bright yellow they are siting in that row to the left of him.
It was a very exciting game and the Preds pulled it out!  Then to top off the night we stopped at Pistol's favorite place Buffalo Wild Wings!  Fun Times!
Ok, so my favorite event that happened over the past week was on Sunday.   Sunday morning Tripp had his 1st job in morning service!  He had to pick up the attendance cards during the closing song.  I can't believe he is old enough to do this!  Tripp did a great job, so proud of him!
After church, I took my Grandmother, Pet, to see the Lady Vols play at Vanderbilt with the Warriorettes.  She had so much fun I believe.  Game started off slow but exciting 2nd half!  I also got to see one of my famous teammates that I played AAU with, Ashley McElhiney and her mom Sandra.
Then, on Monday night Senior Night for the Warrior's and Warriorettes as we hosted Lebanon in Roy Sewell Gymnasium.  As soon as the game was over I had to rush to TTU for my Monday night class for the final hour of class.
Tuesday night, Coach Haley, gave the girls a day off from practice since we don't play again til Saturday and we took the girls bowling.  Yes bowling something I have done very seldom in my life! lol As the 1st game I struggled and kept getting my thumb stuck in the bowling ball and only tallied a score of 79.he he hehe!  The second game it was very neck and neck between the coaches but Beaty ended up winning with a 113, 111 for me, and 106 for Coach Haley.
Coach Haley's last bowl....wishing a few more would fall down.  I didn't say we were great bowlers but I will have to admit some of our girls had good scores.  Allyson had highest I believe with 142.
So Wednesday I can't talk!  Sleepy yes for 2days I wanted to sleep all day long!  I am feeling better now!
The girls had a good practice this afternoon and then I had my fun Thursday night philosophy class.  It is really boring.  I like my Monday night but Thursday night is killing me!  Now I'm in a bind thought with what to do with tournament games coming up and me having classes on nights that aren't originally game nights......yep going to games for sure and then just hoping I can still pass.  Here's a big one though we will for sure play this Thursday night in the Region and I have a midterm!  yep Fun Stuff!
Okay this is a long post but this is what has been going on in the last week!  :)

"My Little Monsters"

If you are ever around me you know that you are going to hear a story about one of my little boys...

A lot of the stories include either Tripp or Tucker in a costume.  They both LOVE to dress up!  I can name several times going to town or to the store with Buzz, Woody, Darth Vader, Storm Trooper, Batman, or even a Pirate to name a few.  Here are just a few pictures of my "Little Monsters"!

I have finally became part of the blog world!

So my first post...

Today was another eventful day at the Pinion house.  Tripp had an exciting Upward Basketball game this morning.  I may be a little bias but I think he's a defensive magnet.  lol  Now offensively we had a talk in the car all the way to the gym this morning on "passing" and having good teamwork!  He did make his first pass day and followed up with several assist.  Good Job Tripp!  After the big game we all went out to Lost Creek to get Tuckerboy.  He had spent the night with Dave's parents and I was missing him so bad!  This afternoon I finally took the baby bed down and Dave carried it upstairs and put it in storage.  The boys have been sharing a room with bunkbeds but we decided Tucker needed his own bed in his room to sleep in on those nights him and his big brother Tripp can't quit talking and playing instead of sleeping.  Tucker was so excited to see his new big boy bed.  He's actually sleeping in it right now, he's such a big boy! (sniff, sniff)  Lindsey and Annistyn came over and picked us up and we all loaded up and went to Joel's birthday party at Wiggle Time/Jumpville. Joel is a little boy who goes to church with us.  Annistyn and the boys had so much fun!  When we got back we watched the Predators beat the Red Wings! Yay go Preds!
